Informacje dotyczące przetwarzania danych osobowych

Dbając o najwyższą jakość procesu przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz zgodność z aktualnym stanem prawnym informujemy, że Inspektorem Ochrony Danych jest r.pr. Marta Rabe-Kozłowska. Inspektor ochrony danych dostępny jest pod adresem email: dane.osobowe@duda-cars.mercedes-benz.pl

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie art. 6 ust.1 lit a), art. 6 ust.1 lit b), ogólnego rozporządzenie o ochronie danych osobowych z 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (RODO) w celach bieżącej komunikacji oraz celach marketingowych.
 

Po wyrażeniu odrębnej zgody, dane mogą być przetwarzane również w celu przesyłania informacji handlowych drogą elektroniczną lub wykonywania telefonicznych połączeń w celach marketingowych – odpowiednio w związku z art. 10 ust. 2 Ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 roku o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną lub art. 172 ust. 1 Ustawy z dnia 16 lipca 2004 roku – Prawo Telekomunikacyjne.
 

Administrator danych nie udostępnia danych   ani ich nie przekazuje do państwa trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.
 

Dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane podmiotom współpracującym z Duda-Cars SA w ramach grupy spółek zarządzanych przez Duda Holding z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Królewskiej 16 oraz spółkom z grupy Daimler w tym Mercedes-Benz Polska Sp. z o.o.
 

Dane osobowe przetwarzane w celach marketingowych objętych oświadczeniem zgody będą przetwarzane do czasu jej odwołania.
 

Osoba, której dane dotyczą ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. W przypadku stwierdzenia, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO, osoba której dane dotyczą ma prawo wnieść skargę do organu nadzorczego Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne.

Information on the processing of personal data
With a view to ensuring the highest quality of personal data processing and compliance with current legislation, we would like to inform you that the Data Protection Officer is legal counsel, solicitor Marta Rabe-Kozłowska. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) for ongoing communication and marketing purposes.
Upon separate consent, data may also be processed in order to send commercial information by electronic means or to make telephone calls for marketing purposes - respectively in connection with Article 10(2) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means or Article 172(1) of the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law.
The data controller does not share or transfer data to third countries/international organisations.
Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with Duda-Cars SA within the group of companies managed by Duda Holding with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Królewska 16 and to companies of the Daimler group including Mercedes-Benz Polska Sp.z o.o.
Personal data processed for marketing purposes covered by the statement of consent will be processed until such consent is revoked.
The data subject has the right to access the content of his/her personal data and the right of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The provision of personal data is voluntary.
